Embark on a profound journey of self-discovery through the Svadhyaya Book Club, combining the reflective practices of yoga and meditation with the power of community and shared exploration.
You will take a deep dive into your yoga practice while you also delve into "The Body: A Guide for Occupants" by acclaimed author Bill Bryson. Over the course of six bi-weekly sessions, you'll engage in a gentle, mindful yoga/meditation practice followed by open discussions on readings, experiences and insights.
